Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen IT-Support-Spezialisten, der sich auf die Lösung von technischen Problemen und die Wartung von IT-Systemen spezialisiert hat.

Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du:

  • IT-Support und -Wartung durchführen
  • Technische Probleme lösen und Anfragen bearbeiten
  • Netzwerkadministration und -wartung durchführen
  • Aufbau, Migration und Instandhaltung von IT-Netzwerken
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
  • IT-Projekte mitarbeiten und aktiv beteiligt sein
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Verwaltung von Software und Lizenzmanagement

Wir erwarten von dir:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und mit Ticketsystemen
  • Allgemeine Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Linux und Programmiersprachen
  • Leidenschaft für neue Technologien und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Engagement und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
