About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and support our sales team in the EMEA region. As a Sales and Management Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and supporting local sales managers to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and leading all inline specific topics in your territory
  • Managing buying centers across EMEA countries to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Supporting the launch of new products and training local sales managers
  • Proactively leveraging success stories across the sales teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS or MS degree in electrical, mechanical, or color degrees
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a related technical sales field
  • Demonstrated ability to sustain superior performance in a full range of selling activities
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an asset
