Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Order Management / Administration to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Order Management / Administration team and ensuring the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. You will work closely with our Warehouse Management team to synchronize processes and daily tasks, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities- Lead the Order Management / Administration team and ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders
- Work closely with Warehouse Management to synchronize processes and daily tasks
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
- Coach and develop team members to achieve daily objectives and monitor performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with international logistics and transport companies to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Develop and maintain excellent partnerships with other international operations teams
- Plan work routines, assign tasks, and appraise results
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and order management
- Minimum 3 years of team lead experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and ERP systems
- Experience in export business
- Strong communication skills
