Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader Order Management / Administration to lead our Order Management / Administration Team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fulfilling Customer orders and collaborating closely with Warehouse Management to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Order Management activities and results, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of approximately 8 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Liaise with international logistics and transport companies to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Synchronize processes and daily tasks with Warehouse management to optimize order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive high-performing order management teams, measuring performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
  • Foster strong partnerships with international operations teams to ensure collaborative and effective order management practices.
  • Plan work routines, assign tasks, and appraise results to ensure team success and continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and simplify order management practices, ensuring ongoing excellence.
  • Build and maintain a highly collaborative culture within the team and across departments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in logistics and order management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 3 years of team lead experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and drive continuous excellence.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and ERP systems, with experience in Export Business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
