Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader Order Management / Administration to lead our Order Management / Administration Team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fulfilling Customer orders and collaborating closely with Warehouse Management to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. The successful candidate will coach and lead their team in achieving daily objectives, monitor performance and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and strive to continuously improve current processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Order Management activities and results
- Lead a team of approximately 8 people
- Liaise with international logistics and transport companies
- Synchronize processes and daily tasks with Warehouse management to achieve efficient order fulfillment
- Develop a high-performing order management team, measuring performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance
- Foster excellent partnerships with other international operations teams
- Plan work routines, assign tasks, and appraise results
- Drive continuous improvement on related processes, tools, and documents to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of order management practices
- Build a highly collaborative culture
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in logistics and order management
- Minimum 3 years of team lead experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, maintain high morale, and teamwork
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with sympathy and sound leadership
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and ERP systems
- Experience in Export Business
- Strong communication skills
