About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our major European events, including the Bits & Pretzels Festival and Bits & Pretzels HealthTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics, including venue management, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the event production team to ensure seamless event execution, including stage management, sound and lighting, and technical support.
  • Provide administrative support to the event team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of event processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Enrolled student with a strong academic record.
  • Previous experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in German and English.
