About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of our major European events, including the Bits & Pretzels Festival and Bits & Pretzels HealthTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of event logistics, including venue management, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing strategies, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the event production team to ensure seamless execution of events, including speaker management, stage design, and technical requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the event team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of event concepts, including brainstorming ideas, researching trends, and creating event proposals.
Requirements
  • Enrolled student with a strong academic record and relevant coursework in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with experience in event management software and tools.
