Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) to join our team at Techem. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active application of customer service knowledge in practice, building personal expertise
  • Documentation of customer communication and process handling
  • Receiving and systematically processing customer inquiries (telephone and written) on topics such as heat cost statements, installation, customer portal, technical issues, and customer complaints
  • Regional and central team collaboration to clarify customer inquiries and complaints
  • Adherence to established processes and service level agreements with customers
  • Timely monitoring of non-completed processes
  • Identification of process disruptions, including evaluation and forwarding

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Desirable: professional experience in customer-facing roles
  • Enjoyment of active customer contact
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Friendliness and good communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills and good expression
  • High reliability and willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent
  • Ability to work independently
  • Safe handling of MS-Office and willingness to learn new systems
