About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services to our clients, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor service level performance and identify new vendors when necessary.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor IFM staff, including recommending staff recruitment, corrective action, and termination if required.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with national and local codes and regulations, including fire and life safety, environmental, and industry-specific standards.
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor client IFM budgets and report financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Operational Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and manage service bottlenecks and operational risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Business or technical degree, ideally with a focus on facility management.
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in leading a team.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge and application experience of occupational safety measures, understanding of complex business relationships, and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Language: Fluent German and English, with other languages desirable.
