Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team in Holzkirchen. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technical services to our clients, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of technical services, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections, to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, leveraging best practices and industry standards to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement client-specific maintenance strategies, taking into account key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and forecast financial performance for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business plans and objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical services, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections, to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and industry-specific standards.
  • Analyze deviations and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal pricing and service levels for clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client escalations, providing guidance on procedures, services, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement maintenance, inspection, and repair plans for assigned clients.
  • Oversee safety and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to QHSE standards and local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to drive performance and growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and individual goals.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as facility management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting financial performance, with a strong understanding of business planning and objectives.
  • Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
