We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of all contractually agreed facility management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management Services: Ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services to our clients, including maintenance, repairs, and operations.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Manage planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with KPIs such as response and completion time.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation in the work order management system and develop reports to clients as appropriate.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with national and local codes and regulations, including fire and life safety, environmental, and industry/client-specific third-party compliance standards.
- Cost Management: Identify and manage cost reductions in line with client-agreed contractual commitments.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor service level performance and work with sourcing colleagues to identify new vendors when appropriate.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise IFM staff, recommend staff recruitment, corrective action, and termination if required, and prepare and deliver performance appraisals.
- Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Ensure the development and implementation of emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, business continuity, and evacuation procedures and plans.
- Financial Management: Develop and monitor client IFM budgets and report financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operational Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and manage service bottlenecks and operational risks.
- Education: Business or technical degree, ideally with a focus on facility management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in leading a team.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge and application experience of occupational safety measures, understanding of complex business relationships, strong analytical thinking skills, structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working, high resilience and flexibility, distinct customer and service orientation, confident use of MS Office, fluent German and English, and other language desirable.
