Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für die Position des Regional Operations Directors bei CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Gewährleistung der vertraglich vereinbarten technischen Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden in der Region.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Überwachung und Gewährleistung der vertraglich vereinbarten technischen Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden in der Region
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen operativer Prozesse unter Anwendung gängiger Best Practice-Methoden
  • Konzeption entsprechender kundenspezifischer Instandhaltungsstrategien unter der Berücksichtigung vorgegebener KPIs
  • Budgetverantwortung für den zu verantwortenden Bereich und Erstellung regelmäßiger Forecasts für die jeweiligen Kundenstandorte
  • Ganzheitliche operative Steuerung der technischen Dienstleistungen an den Standorten, sowie deren kontinuierlichen Optimierungen auf Basis vorgegebener KPIs
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung nationaler und lokaler Vorschriften und Bestimmungen
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Abweichungs- und Kostenanalysen einschließlich der Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsmaßnahmen
  • Strategische Verwaltung externer Lieferanten und Service-Anbieter mit dem Ziel die beste Preisgestaltung und Service Level-Leistung für den Kunden zu realisieren
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Eskalationen in Bezug auf Zuständigkeiten, Verfahren und Dienstleistungen des täglichen Bürobetriebs
  • Erstellung von Einsatz-, Prüf- und Wartungsplänen für die Standorte
  • Steuerung von Safety- und Compliance-Programmen zwecks Einhaltung vorgegebener QHSE-Standards sowie geltender lokaler Richtlinien und Vorgaben
  • Nachhaltige Beziehungspflege auf allen Ebenen der Kundenhierarchie
  • Disziplinarische Führung und zielgerichtete Einsatzplanung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Beurteilungs- und Mitarbeitergesprächen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management (oder vergleichbar) bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion und Branche
  • Nachweisliche fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
  • Hohes Organisationsgeschick mit interdisziplinären Aufgabenverständnis
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenzen
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Durchsetzung von QHSE Prozessen
  • Strukturierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die auch stressigen Situationen Stand hält
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
