We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at wu personal GmbH. As a Telekom Shop Verkäufer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.


Job Profile
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales conversations with customers to meet sales targets
  • Ensure visually appealing product presentation in sales areas
  • Sell standard products and services, including handling cash transactions and resolving customer inquiries
  • Process customer orders and grant discounts as needed
  • Support sales initiatives and maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Requirements
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Completed education and/or work experience in retail sales or sales
  • Enjoy selling technical products and solutions in the mobile phone and telecommunications sector
  • Familiarity with the Telekom product portfolio or willingness to learn
  • Presentation and sales skills, as well as negotiation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of English
