Telekom Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at wu personal GmbH. As a Telekom Shop Verkäufer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Job Profile
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales conversations with customers to meet sales targets
- Ensure visually appealing product presentation in sales areas
- Sell standard products and services, including handling cash transactions and resolving customer inquiries
- Process customer orders and grant discounts as needed
- Support sales initiatives and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Requirements
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Completed education and/or work experience in retail sales or sales
- Enjoy selling technical products and solutions in the mobile phone and telecommunications sector
- Familiarity with the Telekom product portfolio or willingness to learn
- Presentation and sales skills, as well as negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of English
