Technical Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring sustained success within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Sales Responsibility: Overseeing sales operations and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Market Development: Strategically developing the market for technical education solutions in your region.
  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new customers, along with project equipment related to technical education.
  • Product Presentation: Independently showcasing our innovative products to potential clients.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and supporting regional customer events to enhance engagement.
  • Project Management: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth project execution and order processing.
  • Trade Fair Participation: Actively engaging in industry trade fairs and events to promote our offerings.
Required Qualifications:
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • Prior experience in field sales, particularly in technical education, is advantageous.
  • A customer-centric approach to work.
  • Strong initiative along with excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various IT systems.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Market activities will be conducted from your home base after initial training.
