We are a leading provider of IT personnel and commercial specialists in employment and service contracts, supporting national and international renowned customers from the IT industry.

Our client is Europe's largest telecommunications provider, offering comprehensive solutions and services for various industries such as automotive, telecommunications, finance, trade, media, energy, and manufacturing, as well as the public sector and healthcare.

In collaboration with our client, we are seeking several employees (m/w/d) for the following position:

Telekom Sales Representative (m/w/d)Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales-oriented consultations with customers
  • Responsibility for the attractive presentation of products in sales areas
  • Sales of standard products and services (including cash handling) and clarification of customer inquiries
  • Processing of customer orders and granting of leniency applications
  • Support for sales measures and independent updating of required specialist knowledge

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or sales (e.g. salesperson, sales assistant, retail manager) or willingness to learn
  • Enjoyment of selling technical products and solutions from the mobile phone sector or telecommunications environment
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product portfolio or willingness to acquire it
  • Presentation and sales skills
  • Basic knowledge of English
