IT Product Owner and Group Lead for Order Fulfillment Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to lead our Order Fulfillment Management team. As a key member of our Bosch Group team, you will be responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with other process areas to ensure consistent and integrated process and IT solutions.
  • Manage risks at both the team and program levels and coordinate dependencies with other teams and roles.

Requirements:

  • Many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP SD and related non-sap shipping and export systems.
  • Experience in working within a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in an IT-related department in a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Proficiency in leading a team of software engineers and similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of agile principles and methodology.
