Job Title: IT Product Owner - Group Lead for Order Fulfillment Management

Bosch Building Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to lead a team of Inhouse Consultants for Order Fulfillment Management in a scaled agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a self-organized, agile scrum team, driving performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Inhouse Consultants for Order Fulfillment Management in a scaled agile environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, identify their needs, and integrate them into the team's delivery roadmap
  • Manage risks at both the team and program levels and coordinate dependencies with other teams and roles in the agile environment
  • Collaborate closely with other process areas to ensure consistent and integrated process and IT solutions
Requirements:
  • Many years of experience in functional configuration, design, and implementation of IT solutions in SAP SD and related non-sap shipping and export systems
  • Experience in working within a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in an IT-related department in a Product Owner or similar role
  • Proficiency in leading a team of software engineers and similar roles
  • Deep understanding of agile principles and methodology
