Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to attract craftsmen businesses to our platform
  • Build scalable lead generation processes, including automating outreach and using tools like scrapers, CRMs, and other systems
  • Work closely with our founders on strategic decisions that shape our sales funnel, partnerships, and overall marketing growth
  • Develop relationships with key organizations to create sustainable lead pipelines
  • Analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to ensure a steady inflow of high-quality leads
Requirements
  • You're a highly motivated top-tier student or recent graduate with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship
  • A proactive mindset with experience or interest in building and automating business processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • An analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in German
