Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Nordrhein-Westfalen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the region, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nordrhein-Westfalen, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including distributors, installers, and local authorities.
  • Collaborate with the sales director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the sales team and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy.
  • Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
