About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Consultant to join our team at FPT Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, designing AI-based solutions, and creating compelling proposals tailored to client needs.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AI technologies. You will work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and present FPT Software's AI solutions that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present FPT Software's AI solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Solution Design & Proposal Development: Design customized AI solutions based on client needs, including use cases, deployment plans, and technical specifications.
  • Technical Expertise & Presentations: Maintain an in-depth understanding of FPT Software's AI services and emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
  • Client Engagement & Consultation: Engage with potential clients to conduct discovery sessions, analyze business challenges, and recommend AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with AIC product management, and technical teams to align proposed solutions with company capabilities and innovation roadmap.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales support, or solutions architect role, preferably within AI, machine learning, or technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Experience in developing technical proposals, solution architecture, and sales presentations.

Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, engaging clients at multiple levels of an organization.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that address client challenges.
