Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and product offerings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German languages.
