Assistant Manager Tax - Global Mobility Services

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Tax-Manager, der unsere Global Mobility Services unterstützt und unsere Mandanten bei steuerlichen Fragen internationaler Mitarbeitermobilität berät.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Steuerliche Beratung für unsere Mandanten in internationalen Mitarbeitermobilitätsfragen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten zum Thema Remote Work und Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt von morgen
  • Koordination von Beratungsleistungen für globale Auslandseinsätze und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit ausländischen Mitgliedsfirmen
  • Verantwortung für steuerliche Deklarationsleistungen für grenzüberschreitend tätige Mitarbeiter und Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und HR
Dein Profil
  • Studium der Rechts-, Wirtschafts- oder Finanzwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des internationalen Mitarbeitermobilitäts
  • Korrespondierende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Einkommensteuer, internationales Steuerrecht, Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen und Lohnsteuer
  • Kommunikationstalent und Nähe zu Mandanten und Team
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Mandanten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
