Haas Zeitarbeit GmbH sucht einen Einkaufsmanager mit Verantwortung für globale Beschaffungsprozesse (m/w/d).

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lieferantenstrategien, die auf umfassender Markt­forschung basieren.


Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Erarbeitung von Lieferantenstrategien auf Basis globaler Beschaffungsmarktforschung
  • Verantwortung für das Lieferantensourcing sowie die anschließende Lieferantenbetreuung und -bewertung
  • Disposition von Warenbeständen und Überwachung des Meldebestands
  • Überwachung des gesamten Lieferantenmanagements, inklusive Risiko- und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Zielgerechte Definition der Einkaufsprozesse
  • Projektbezogene Recherche und Dokumentation
Ihr Profil:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung BWL oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung von globalen Versorgungsketten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eine proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Freude und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams
