Job Title: Enterprise Asset Management Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Asset Management Sales Executive to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business development and new sales activities aligning with the business growth strategies for our EAM solution portfolio.
  • Gain access to and influence the appropriate decision-makers to manage evaluation processes in order to pursue opportunities for a successful conclusion.
  • Accomplish annual sales target and gross-profit plans by implementing sales and partnership business models.
  • Create and maintain outstanding strategic relations with business partners and define sales strategy to reach sales targets.
  • Maintain comprehensive lead, opportunity, and contact pipeline in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience.
  • Proven sales success in winning new customers in the complex business software environment, such as EAM, CMMS, Service Management, Maintenance Management, or similar solutions.
  • Passionate about selling business software solutions and interested in end-to-end business processes in the Asset & Facility Management industry.
  • Strong closing-oriented 'hunter' and value-selling mentality.
  • Knowledge and application of common sales methods and concepts.
  • Business-fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
