Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Buyer Subsurface Procurement to join our team at Wintershall Dea. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate procurement activities for large projects and operations
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least 4 years' experience in strategic procurement or sourcing
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency through procurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German
