Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager Non-Automotive to join our team at MENTOR GmbH & Co. Präzisions-Bauteile KG. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the non-automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the non-automotive sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our LED-based lighting solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the non-automotive sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of LED-based lighting solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
