About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a leading drugstore customer within the German trade, including analysis, presentation of products, and trade term negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various business departments to maintain and further develop the relationships with the client account in the German Trade.
  • Develop and achieve sales-, distribution- and profit targets within customer group through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies.
  • Responsible for strategical and operational sales planning.
  • Prepare and perform conceptual sales negotiations and year-end talks with Category Managers & Buyers.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing.
  • Commercial background with professional experience (preferred within FMCG industry).
  • Understanding and knowledge of the German & European retail environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
