About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ITL Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • German Language Proficiency: C1/C2 level of proficiency in German language.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple SDLC models, knowledge of quality and process frameworks, estimation methodologies, and portfolio analysis tools.
  • Experience: Proven experience in J2EE, Spring, Springboot, Restful Webservices, and Oracle Database.
  • Certifications: PMP certification and/or Oracle and Java certification is a plus.
