Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Demand Manager, der unsere IT-Projekte erfolgreich leitet und unsere Kunden zufriedenstellt. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Cognizant Mobility wirst du die Verantwortung für die Leitung von IT-Entwicklungsprojekten beim Kunden tragen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung von IT-Entwicklungsprojekten beim Kunden
  • Koordination von verschiedenen Teilprojekten im Bereich IT-Aftersales
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Methoden im Projektmanagement
  • Eigenverantwortliche Aufnahme von Anforderungen an Prozesse & Systeme
  • Aufbau und Strukturierung von Projekten
  • Anwendung bekannter Projektmanagement Methoden im agilen Umfeld
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliches
  • Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement o.Ä.
  • Kenntnisse in der IT-Systemlandschaft im Bereich Aftersales von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. MS Powerpoint und MS Excel)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
