Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ITL Germany. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Oracle and Java technologies.
  • Knowledge of German language and culture.
