Project Lead at ITL Germany

In the role of Project Lead at ITL Germany, you will take charge of orchestrating, ensuring the quality and timely execution of tasks associated with the design, development, and deployment of deliverables. Your contributions will be vital in gathering requirements, conducting architecture assessments, performing design and estimation, analyzing staffing needs, and planning for risks. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and support to the project team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholder and relationship management
  • Monitor and evaluate progress across various work streams to ensure compliance with timelines
  • Oversee project management throughout its entire lifecycle
  • Administer project budget, risks, and challenges
  • Establish project governance and controls
  • Leverage knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) models, quality frameworks, estimation techniques, and maintenance & support models
  • Facilitate collaboration among teams and proactively address conflicts

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English
  • Previous experience with Oracle, Java, J2EE, Spring, Springboot, and Restful Webservices
  • Familiarity with quality and process frameworks such as CMMi and ITIL
  • Experience in managing change control processes and tools
  • PMP and Oracle/Java certifications are advantageous
