CM Medical Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer of dental equipment to find a highly skilled Area Sales Manager. Our client is a global company with a strong presence in multiple continents, recognized by dentists worldwide for their high-quality products.

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our business development efforts in Germany, focusing on the Spanish, Italian, and Turkish markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors, leveraging your expertise to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth in the target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Conduct sales and product training, co-travel with distributors, and negotiate deals
  • Manage key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive business growth
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to grow the business, using your analytical mindset

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of sales experience in the dental industry
  • Proven experience in B2B sales management and channel management
  • Direct experience or understanding of commercial activities in Spain, Italy, or Turkey
  • Fluency in English is required
