Dental Healthcare Software Automation Specialist

As a Test Automation Engineer at Dentsply Sirona, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of dental healthcare software. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Golang and the Gherkin/Cucumber framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end testing capabilities for cloud-based software applications.
Your key areas of focus will be:
- Developing test automation solutions for backend and frontend components written in Golang and Dart/Flutter
- Integrating test execution and reporting into the CI/CD pipeline
- Developing interfaces to issue tracking and monitoring services
- Collaborating with teams to increase requirements and code coverage of automated testing
- Improving reporting of automated test results and their inclusion in product documentation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or comparable role
- Experience in developing commercially successful software
- Key skills, knowledge & capabilities:
- Experience in writing software, preferably in C++ and/or Golang
- Experience in writing software tests, good understanding of software testing concepts (e.g., TDD, BDD, testing pyramid)
- Experience in frontend development, preferably with Dart/Flutter, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of DevOps and agile development methodologies
- Knowledge in CI/CD, containerization, and cloud computing
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
