Dentsply Sirona, a leading manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join its team. With a rich history of innovation and dedication to improving oral health worldwide, the company offers a unique opportunity for professionals to grow and develop in a high-performance environment.
As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash. You will also monitor application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and ensure system health. In addition, you will configure and maintain internal tools like Jira and Confluence for project planning and tracking.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or System Administrator. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering disciplines is required. Experience in containerization (Docker) and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals like IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS is essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a market leader that continues to drive innovation in the dental industry. You will collaborate with our network of R&D teams, share your work results and knowledge, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Automating infrastructure using Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash
- Monitoring application and infrastructure performance
- Configuring and maintaining internal tools like Jira and Confluence
- Bridge communication between development, operations, and security teams
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
