Sales Manager for MENA Region (m/f/d)

We are seeking to enhance our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist the managing director in directing international sales within the Tecurity business sector.
  • Develop sales initiatives and manage relationships both internally and externally through a systematic approach.
  • Oversee the acquisition of new clients while providing support to our existing customer base.
  • Accountable for performance in global markets concerning our solutions.
  • Lead a team of employees on an international scale.
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree focusing on engineering or sales.
  • Preferably possess initial management experience within a sales organization, particularly in capital goods and government sectors.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in international markets with strong negotiation skills in government dealings.
  • Excellent technical and commercial insight along with a proactive mindset.
  • Confident and persuasive presence as a representative of our organization, with a willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
