Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Getac. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our enterprise customer projects in pre- and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tender responses and project deployment, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and maintain project-related reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and support project coordination meetings, preparing presentations to meet project needs.
  • Work closely with project managers and centralized support functions to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project communication and visibility activities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in positions relevant to the job description.
  • Experience in working with support tasks in procurement, contract management, and service areas.
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Very well-developed service-oriented approach.
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to deliver results, and attention to detail.
  • Very good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports.
  • Native German speaking with fluent English.
