Position Title: IT Project Coordinator

Role Overview

The IT Project Coordinator will be instrumental in advancing new operational methodologies and standardizing business processes throughout the Intersnack organization. This role involves leading a diverse international team and managing the deployment of the ONE template across various regions, ensuring projects are executed within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute projects in alignment with Intersnack's project management framework
  • Engage directly with steering committees and project sponsors
  • Track and communicate project progress, addressing implementation challenges
  • Collaborate with both central and local teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee resource management and facilitate organizational change initiatives
  • Lead both internal and external teams without direct reporting authority

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or consulting roles
  • Project Management certifications are advantageous
