About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Zippo GmbH. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for managing client projects and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Manage and coordinate logistics, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our international teams, including marketing, logistics, finance, procurement, and R&D, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Planning: Assist in preparing quotes, price lists, and internal presentations to support new project proposals.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to ensure the right project development and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, finance, and/or sales.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, strong project management skills, customer-centric approach, proactive mindset, ability to learn quickly, and excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken), with knowledge of additional European languages considered an advantage (special focus on French and German).
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
