Reservations Sales Agent for International Luxury Hospitality Brands

As a Reservations Sales Agent for International Luxury Hospitality Brands, you will be positioned at the center of the travel industry, shaping the future by offering advancements that pave the way for a more connected and seamless ecosystem.

Key Goals & Objectives:

  • Establish relationships with key customers to achieve performance standards.
  • Consistently achieve exceptional performance ratings on call and email observations.
  • Consistently achieve established call and email standards.
  • Achieve set revenue target for the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls from various customers and provide information to secure hotel reservations.
  • Process reservation requests and service inquires received via email.
  • Follow up with customers on a timely basis on special requests, Courtesy Holds, and room/rate requests.
  • Produce error-free work that minimizes payouts.
  • Able to diffuse customer issues.
  • Maintain a sound understanding and adhere to all SABRE policies and procedures.
  • Attend Hotel of the Week Presentations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings.

Requirements & Experiences:

  • Needs to speak and write in Italian, French, and English.
  • High school education.
  • Telephone/call center experience and some customer service experience a plus.
  • Hospitality, travel, luxury, international experience preferred.
  • Familiar with using a PC, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Professional and polished presence.
  • Ability to influence and build trust.
  • Able to work any shift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills if needed.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Grammar and spelling used in a professional manner and culturally acceptable to the end consumer.
