About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the seminar management of our further education offers and serving as the point of contact on site at our Stuttgart location for further education events.

You will also support the team in the introduction of a group-wide learning management system and work on various HR projects. If you have a passion for working in a team, are reliable and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Pedagogy, or Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in the field of personnel development is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in German
