At Exyte, we're passionate about innovation and excellence. As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing learning and talent management tools.

About the Role

You'll support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools, prepare internal communication on staff development offers, and support the organization with seminars and training courses. Your activities will include working in the day-to-day operational business, from identifying training needs to organizing and implementing training measures and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools
  • Prepare and deliver internal communication on staff development offers
  • Support the organization with seminars and training courses
  • Manage participant, seminar, and trainer management using our Learning Management System
  • Follow up and evaluate training events and prepare evaluations and reports
  • Prepare presentations and conduct research
  • Perform administrative work in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • You're studying business psychology with a focus on human resources/organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources
  • You have a high interest in learning, personal development, or organizational development, ideally with practical experience through internships or projects in the personnel/training sector
  • You have a communicative and empathetic personality with a strong interest in talent development
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and good analytical and conceptual skills
  • You're reliable when dealing with confidential personal data and information
  • You're confident in using the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with additional IT skills like LMS in SuccessFactors
  • You're fluent in German and can also communicate well in English
