About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools, as well as preparing internal communication on staff development offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Manage participant, seminar, and trainer schedules using our Learning Management System.
- Evaluate training events and prepare evaluations and reports.
- Perform administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Fluency in German and excellent English language skills.
