Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co.KGaA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our top management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to top management on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct HR metrics analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top management and other stakeholders.
  • Support the development of compensation and benefit plans for top management.
  • Lead HR projects to drive business change and improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in psychology, business administration, labor law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a global company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and another language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP systems.
  • Ability to travel.
