About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Selling Partner 360 programme, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and materials to ensure high programme adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of the Selling Partner 360 programme.
  • Manage internal leads, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for the Selling Partner 360 programme.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around our paid service programmes.
  • Work closely with internal account management teams to smoothly onboard Selling Partners to the Selling Partner 360 programme.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track pertinent account information and sales progress, as well as forecast and prioritise to meet or exceed quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Represent the Selling Partner 360 programme to Selling Partners at internal and external events.
  • Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organisation, particularly at the executive level.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in presenting a service to a broad audience at public events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales/Partner Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities.
