About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Partner Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Selling Partner 360 programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal account management teams to onboard Selling Partners to the Selling Partner 360 programme.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to understand and manage customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to improve Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX).
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales/Partner Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in eCommerce.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
