Financial Manager, Center of Excellence

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Center of Excellence team at GROHE AG. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting activities of our subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with IFRS and HGB standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Manage the financial accounting activities of our subsidiaries, including consolidation and centralization of financial data
  • Steer and monitor the performance of our external service provider, Accenture
  • Support projects for process optimization and harmonization in the EMENA region
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Controlling, and internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Financial Shared Service Center organization
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO is a plus
