Job Title: Financial Manager

Are you a seasoned accounting professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at GROHE AG.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB
  • Manage the financial accounting activities of subsidiaries in the General Ledger area
  • Consolidate and centralize the Finance function in EMENA, including expansion of the outsourcing scope
  • Steer and monitor the performance of the external service provider Accenture
  • Support projects for process optimization and harmonization for relevant RTR topics in the EMENA region
  • Closely cooperate with Human Resources, Controlling, and internal and external auditors
  • Coordinate between other finance functions during regular closing activities
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Experience in working in a Financial Shared Service Center organization (desired)
  • Strong command of English
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
  • SAP FI/CO (desired)
