The Sales Specialist for NGS Clinical Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling products to academic medical institutions, large cancer treatment centers, health systems, and other strategically significant key accounts in Germany.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze and compile quantitative data to develop an effective sales strategy within the designated territory.
  • Maintain and enhance business relationships with major clients, and when necessary, collaborate with the Technical Support team to facilitate strategic problem resolution.
  • Proactively identify new accounts and prepare relevant information for outbound sales communications to secure new clientele.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Establish connections with appropriate company personnel to relay market trends and identify new and future product requirements.

The essential qualifications for this role include:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
  • Several years of experience within the Clinical or Life Sciences sector.
  • Experience in complex sales environments, with adaptable interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the decision-making hierarchy.
  • Highly organized and adept at multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

It would be advantageous if you also have prior experience in:

  • Business Development roles and/or Strategic Account Management.
