The Sales Specialist for NGS Clinical Solutions will spearhead the marketing and sales of products to academic medical institutions, major cancer centers, healthcare systems, and other strategically significant key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compile quantitative data to devise an effective sales strategy within the designated territory.
  • Develop and nurture business relationships with key clients, collaborating with the Technical Support team when necessary to address strategic challenges.
  • Actively seek out new accounts and prepare information for sales outreach to secure new clientele.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Build relationships with relevant team members to communicate market trends and identify emerging product needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in the Clinical or Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven experience in complex sales environments, with adaptable interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of decision-making.
  • Highly organized and adept at multitasking while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Business Development roles and/or Strategic Account Management.
