The Sales Specialist for NGS Clinical Solutions will spearhead the marketing and sales of products to academic medical institutions, major cancer centers, healthcare systems, and other strategically significant key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compile quantitative data to devise an effective sales strategy within the designated territory.
- Maintain and cultivate business relationships with primary clients, and when necessary, collaborate with the Technical Support team to facilitate strategic problem resolution.
- Actively seek new accounts and prepare information for outbound sales communications to secure new clientele.
- Uphold a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and market dynamics.
- Forge connections with relevant company personnel to relay market trends and identify emerging product requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
- Several years of experience within the Clinical or Life Sciences sector.
- Proven experience in complex sales environments, with adaptable interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the decision-making hierarchy.
- Highly organized and adept at multitasking while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development roles and/or Strategic Account Management.
